For the lovers of Japanese cuisine, do we have a treat! The Izakaya restaurant at Borgata Casino Resort & Spa is a true gem in the heart of Atlantic City. The restaurant’s name derives from the popular pubs in Japan called izakayas and it’s meant to recreate that experience with its unique interior and menu.
Izakaya is the brainchild of chef Michael Schulson who was captivated by the izakayas he visited during his time in Japan; he wants to take the diners on a trip to the Far East country which resembles his own and this is evident by the choice of dishes in his menu.
