From Tuesday, August 19th to Thursday 22nd
Chef's recipe:
Filet steak coated with foie gras, duxelles, and then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Served with Duchesse potatoes, french green beans, and Bordelaise sauce.
Daily limited quantity - Reserve Now and specify "Wellington" to reserve yours.
